Founded by company president Doug Weitz in 1989, Monroe Construction is a full-service construction company that specializes in commercial tenant improvements and building renovations throughout Southern California. It's no secret that we have lots of competition in the workplace, but as the insiders we care about most (our clients) have discovered, it's the breadth and depth of our construction expertise that sets us apart from other companies.

Our ability to customize our skills on such diverse projects as corporate offices, entertainment facilities, medical, food service, manufacturing and aerospace enterprises, schools and learning centers can be seen on prime properties throughout the Southland. But it's challenges like the structural repair and retrofit of earthquake damage, build-out of facilities designed for other uses and shell and core modifications in existing and occupied buildings that really test our mettle. We've even constructed facilities for explosives testing, rocket manufacturing and testing, and multimillion- dollar data centers. |
